In instances of inclement weather TFA will make decisions with Schools on whether sessions will proceed, be cancelled or moved indoors.  TFA aims to communicate with Parents in a timely manner so they are able to arrange collections for their child/ren or organise after School care.   Each School has different procedures and these protocols will be followed as requested.  The safety of each child in our care is paramount to the service we provide.
